Processing Your Order
- Each order is processed with care and attention and may take up to 3 business days to prepare.
- Orders placed after 1 PM UAE time (UTC+4) or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Heads up: During sales or the holiday season, things might take a little longer—but it’s worth the wait!
Shipping in the UAE
Delivery Fee: We are offering free shipping on all orders.
Otherwise delivery free for orders over AED 1000. Orders below AED 1000 are subject to a shipping fee.
Standard Delivery: Most UAE orders are delivered within 72 hours. Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a text or call from our team to schedule a convenient delivery time.
Same-Day Delivery: Need it fast? We’ve got you covered! Same-day delivery is available in Dubai for orders placed before 10 AM, subject to driver availability. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
Remote Locations
We go the extra mile—literally! Deliveries to certain areas outside central UAE (like Tarif, Al Ruwais, and more) are considered “remote locations.” These areas might take a bit longer, but we’ll ensure your item gets there safe and sound.
International Shipping
We are currently shipping worldwide.
