We get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s everything you need to know about our returns, cancellations, and refund policies.
Returns
We only accept returns in case of transit damages or manufacturing defects because, hey, every piece is handcrafted with care.
Eligible Returns:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
• Returns are only applicable for deliveries in the UAE.
• Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product
Non-Returnable Items:
• Orders shipped outside UAE.
• Items purchased on discounted prices or during promotional sales.
• Custom-made pieces.
Return Shipping:
• Return shipping costs are on you (unless the item is defective).
• Don’t forget to share a clear unboxing video within 24 hours to validate your claim for defective or damaged items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
To resolve issues efficiently, please follow these steps:
• Inspect your shipment upon delivery.
• Record a clear unboxing video showing the condition of the item and packaging—this helps us resolve any issues quickly.
• If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us within 24 hours including:
• Your order number and tracking details.
• Photos/videos of the issue.
We’re happy to offer the following resolutions based on the issue:
- A replacement item (subject to availability)
- Store credit for defective items.
Refunds
• Refunds or credits are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refund value excludes shipping and handling costs.
• Refunds are processed within 15 working days once your return is confirmed.
Important Notes
• Items purchased during promotional offers or sales cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
• No cash refunds. Store credits are issued and are valid for 6 months.
• Store credits can be used for purchases of the same or higher value.
• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
